🚚 Delivery Timelines & Rates

We partner with leading premium couriers to ensure your signature scents arrive in perfect condition.

📦 Order Processing

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) Monday through Saturday are processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📍 Shipment Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated SMS and email containing your tracking link. You can monitor your fragrance’s journey right to your doorstep.

🔑 Important Delivery Notes

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery across all emirates for a minor handling fee of AED 10.

  • Address Accuracy: To ensure seamless delivery, please provide your exact street name, villa/apartment number, and a reachable UAE mobile number during checkout.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. Please ensure you are available or coordinate a preferred delivery window via the tracking link.
